Well, after 6 weeks of internship. Heres what i think about it.

From the School’s View:

School says we will be allocate to place where we are specialised in and would be doing jobs that are related to our course

Well, this is bull shit.

From the Student’s View:

Since the school said that, “WE” the students when going to work, are expected to do job related stuff to our course.

But it seems that it does not appear so. Alot student doing shitty work, some were told to do OT with no OT pay?

For girls who encounter these problem, they do not dare to speak up for themselve and suffered for their 3mths of internship.

From the Employer’s (where u’ve been attached to) View:

Ask you do whatever they want you to do, as you’re cheap labour.

As simple as that.

So what do you guys think of it?

For me i’ve learnt nothing from my IAP.
